You can pick them up off amazon. Compression stockings are guaged by mmHG and 15-20 is very low compression, 20-30 is moderate (it's what feels best to me) and then 30+ is usually what is prescribed for serious lymphedema patients or post op and you need a special tool to get those SOBs on.
Personally, I like mine with an open toe to let the heat out and then I just wear socks over them.

I've gotten a few pairs from Truform (open toe, which that link isn't) and with care they can go pretty long before needing replacing.
