i got mine in china town in Philly. here is an amazon link. it's sold as a spice for like 5 bucks.
never tried it on the groin, but i imagine it would still work, as it's the same kind of sore or lesion or whatever you wanna call it. my groin usually doesn't flare up as bad as my pits, so i never tried it. hope it helps.
