1. Recently I freaked out about not being prepared for a promotional exam. I had a panic attack at work, sat in my car for an hour and a half then drove back to the hotel to sleep. I honestly didn't feel better for four days, until I returned to my apartment for approximately 24 hours. I got a chance to study for my exam in the comfort of my own bed. It relaxed me just to be somewhere familiar
