I wear these under my gym shorts when I go to the gym.

Just feels a bit nicer having your dongers held in place during a workout.

These are the ones I use. I've had a few pair for years and they are just now starting to fall apart. You might be better off going to a store where you can try them on. I wore larges, but when I was heavier they got uncomfortable if I wore them for more than 20 minutes.
