That's what I'm doing as well, I bought this one on Amazon, and the audio quality sounds excellent to me. You can do AUX output via audio cable, or use the FM transmitter. I'm using the AUX cable.
The charging ports it has will charge your phone, but it doesn't fast charge.
On my last two cars, I replaced the crappy Honda/Toyota radio with a Bluetooth radio myself, for less than $100.
That's a bit of work though, so you could always get one of these (FM or Aux in from Bluetooth):

If Bluetooth is something you're wanting, one of these will play your music onto any radio station that plays static. $25 is way better than $20k
