Even if there are, there's a dongle for that too:

Not supporting the decision (even though it doesn't matter to me all that much), just saying you can still charge and listen at the same time.
The offers are very few atm, there are probably better products directly from china. Expect the market to get flooded soon when the adoption increases. Remember the market for this is very small atm. Theoretically this should be produceable for cents, and definitely will be in the following year.
Here a some examples, if it works seems to depend on the device.. although if the device follow the USB-C standard it should work.

Do any products like these actually work?
With more Android phones ditching the headphone jack, if someone can make one that works it'll sell like crazy.
You mean to tell me that this doesn't exist yet?

Hmm go figure.
Can't tell if this is sarcasm. But yes:

Actually just bought that for my Pixel 1 so I don't have to plug in two cables in the car.
There are also adapters like this: https://www.amazon.com/Headphone-Adapter-Stouch-Female-Motorola/dp/B01M5CVB54

Don't know how good these are or if they affect the sound quality. But the problem is that you are forced to use these. Especially the 2 in 1 thingy is just clunky.
If they are going to remove the headphone jack, they really really need to add a second USB C port. I don't think too many people would have issues using a 3.5mm to USB C adapter.

Umm, about that...
Those exist.
I haven't tried any of these as I haven't gotten my Pixel yet, but it looks like there are a lot of dongles that can do this:

Suit yourself. It just seems like a petty reason to pass up on a (probably) awesome phone that you were going to otherwise buy. I personally am in the same situation as you. I think I will pass on the pixel 2, but because my current pixel is awesome and I think I will use it longer. Not because of a headphones jack not being there.
I just found this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0714DYLW4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_rLPZzbZ53SJSM
Yeah, you have to plug in 3 things when you bike, not just 2. I used to agree with you about dongles, but now that I have a few USB c devices, I want USB c everywhere. If that means I have to mess around with some dongles during the transition, so be it.
High end headphones are a joy and a luxury. If they don't fit into your lifestyle, there's USB C headphones, and adapters. How do you charge & play headphones? If they put in two USB C ports, then no problem. If they don't, there's splitters like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Headphone-Connector-Converter-Charging-Motorola/dp/B0714DYLW4

>And if I want to charge my phone and listen to music, guess im out of luck zz
I'm really getting tired of hearing that complaint. If you really need to do both, they make shit like this....
