I power mine via the USB on my audio receiver so that, when the receiver is turned off or goes to sleep, the Roku is turned off as well; this will also work for most TVs. You can use one of these.
You could try this USB cable that is suppose to be able to power a Roku through your tv USB port. I haven't tried it though and you will have to sit through the boot up process everytime
