I have a couple UTG scopes (also sold as Leapers brand) that are remarkably good for their price. Their primary market is air guns, but they're good for 22s as well because they tend to have a very close minimum parallax distance. You might consider something like the 3-9x32 compact, the 3-9x40, or the fixed 4x (although that one doesn't have adjustable parallax). I would avoid going with anything higher than 9x magnification on cheap scopes, or anything with more than about a 3x zoom range, but other than that, I've been pretty amazed at the quality you can get now for under $100.

That said, of course a more expensive scope will usually get you better quality, but sometimes budget is more important. I still use my cheap scopes on my cheap rifles even though I have nice(er) scopes on my nice rifles now.

slavia 634, excellent shooter at this price point
here is a nice topic about 100 bucks rifles, you can see how many pepople recommend that rifle https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=131746.0

With a little bit of tuning you can make an inch group at 50 yards, which is a very good result for springer at that price.
scope, maybe this one utg 3x9 40 with mil dot and AO
and of course remember about quality pellets, for slavia JSB exact 4.51/4.52 depends on barrel

There's plenty you can buy for under $200 for sure. In fact, I doubt I would go over $100 on that tier of airgun unless you wanted some night vision type of stuff.

This one seems to be quite nice for the price and is supposed to handle our rifles. You may want to buy their brand of airgun mount with stop pin to go with it, depending on what you already own.

Hatsan 95 airgun.

Rings are from this scope: https://www.amazon.com/UTG-3-9X40-Hunter-36-color-Mil-dot/dp/B00EAI9ICE/ref=sr_1_5?s=sports-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1468379760&sr=1-5&keywords=utg+scope

I'm using an adapter from Dovetail to Picatinny, then using scope on Picatinny, so it's actually the adapter I have problem with.
