I use this one, I’m sitting on it right now. It uses infrared heat. Oddly, it was my psychiatrist (who happens to suffer from chronic pain as well) who recommended it to me.

It looks like it would work for a while, #1 selling sauna. Not super robust, but enough to do the job.
For $170, I would be more likely to buy this infra red heating pad to treat specific areas. I've had one for about 10 years and it was a great purchase.

Whatever you purchase, I hope you get some relaxation and your money's worth. :) Chiropractors offices have the walk in sauna's if you wanted to try it. My only comment is that it's hard to fit 2 people inside of it, so it's a solo sauna for most people.
