it's designed for veap juice but works perfectly with any cartridges, eyedroppers or pistons that you can open the section easily (e.g. Lamy 2000, Noodlers Konrad, Twsbi eco, etc)
You can also re-fill the cartridge from bottled ink for fountain pens
using a 'blunt syringe' or vape bottle
Using a Cartridge Converter or refilling the cartridge is much cheaper in the long run, but can be messier than using replacement cartridges, but cartridges can be more convenient for some people. Your choice or do both like I do - Cartridges for when I am traveling, bottled ink at home or when I want a wide range of colours.

Don’t use the bottles anymore. These ones are a real pain in the ass to squeeze, at least for me. But then I have arthritis in my hands. The bottle shown in the pic is far easier to use.
