Your biggest issue with growing plants inside is light so your going to need grow lights. These are lights specifically designed to give your plants the type of light they need because regular bulbs will not work. I have grown lots of mint, ghost peppers and potatos indoors. If your growibg herbs indoors your fine with just lights but if your doing any producers then you will wabt to set up a tent to capture the humidity so you dont ruin you home. Connect a dehumidifier or if the wheather allows where you live fan the humid air outside. This allows to circulate the air in your home. I always had a dehumidifier running. Now i assume your indoor greenhouse is for marijuana because most people dont grow enough plants indoors or think about a greenhouse inside for regular plants. Although i dont know alot about them but what i do know is that they smell. Definally need to filter the air outside. And humidity. I have my mint is a tent like this with a shelving unit inside with lights on every shelf.

Edit: i use a grow light by sunblaster. 2 lights per shelf 8 lights on the shelving unit. I usually leave the door open because i like lookibg at the plants but by closing you are keeping more light inside but should circulate the air in the room
Sorry about that. I guess when I posted, I was looking more for reliable brands of grow lights. Now I have some more info.

2x Hytekgro LED Grow Light 45W Plant Lights Red Blue White Panel Growing Lamps Grow Light
I will be using this for vegetables. For now, I’m just using the lights in one of the tents small compartments for tomato seedlings. I will need a larger grow lamp for the main grow area which is 48x48. I also need to purchase ventilation fans too.
