Primary Arm ACSS $289

Primary Arms are good if you like the reticle, I used to own one and I enjoyed it but I upgraded and I honestly can't recommend the Primary Arms unless you love the reticle or want the extra 2x magnification. I can see better with the 4x Leupold than the Primary Arms at 6x. Glass quality is just stupidly better.

Leupold Mark AR 1-4 Firedot $395
Seriously a Leupold for $400. AR Ballistic Turrets instead of caps. Firedot Reticle That you will be able to trade off when you get the money to upgrade. The Precision at Range is a bit crazy if you dial your elevation, especially compared to the ACSS

Isn't the chassis ~$3500, and the conversion kit you buy added to that price?

Chassis does not include the SRS Covert barrel, bolt, and magazine. The Conversion Kit and accessories are sold separately.

Don't get me wrong, $13K is still overpriced, but here's my assessment:

DTA SRS-A1 Covert Rifle Chassis = $3,617.90 (High-end).
DTA SRS Covert Conversion Kit = $2,004.35 (High-end).
Vortex Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24mm Riflescope = $498.00

Grand Total = $6,120.25

Let's add in another barrel conversion kit. = $8,124.60

Add Keith's 20% Markup. = $9,749.52

Keith's shitty customer service.... Now that's free. You can have that.
