I had contact amazon with chat and Koei via twitter. Koei said they had sent Amazon the codes OCT 16. Amazon said they did not receive anything and that the codes are generated by Manufacture Koei. That we should contact them for the codes.

This is the third game from KT that amazon has crapped out on us. I am going to stop pre-ordering anything KT from now on and you should too from amazon...
