I would say go with something that'll be relatively cheaper (under $100) since you plan on it potentially getting torn. I'm gonna suggest either Ruler Cosplay's or Weimisi's.
Which one you pick is dependent on when you need it. Weimisi can have it expedited in by the middle of November, but it'll cost $30 more. As for the Ruler's cosplay, they only specified that it would be in between the end of November to almost Christmas.
