Thanks for sharing this. This is some next lvl stuff, illustrating, in a grand way just how destructive this shit can be.
After a serious head injury in Afghanistan & years & years of tests, scans, etc, and of therapy & medication (and self-medication) by way of much trial and error, in my research, I happened upon OTC Lithium Orotate. I know how it looks & what it seems like when ppl mention drugs or supplements, and recommend them to others. And I know how it is to be in such a position of anguish & terror (yes, terror’s a good word for it) for so long, yearning for something to give way, and a return to normalcy. Anyhow — of all the meds/supplements I’ve take thus far, this form of Lithium (NOT prescription Lithium Carbonate — that stuff was terrible for me), has really done me well. If you read the OP’s post and thought, “oh damn, yes! That’s me, to a T!” Well, I suggest in the very least, give Lithium Orotate a go. And if that ain’t your bag — probably a good idea, to head in & speak with a professional and INTUITIVE psychiatrist & relay the content of OP’s post to them, if you have a hard time articulating your struggles. Will give them a VERY good idea what boat you’re in.

P.S. Although I think he’s an odd character, check out what Dr. John Gray has to say about this supplement. Hard not to think someone’s pushing an agenda that has less to do with your health, than with lining their pockets, when one talks a product up so much, which they themselves are selling. Makes me a bit uneasy, for sure. But, I don’t settle with just once source of info. Havva look inta this stuff. Mite save ur sanity! Gray also sells his own stuff on amazon (which I’m currently taking), but Weyland also makes some great stuff & is def cheaper.
