The case I have picked is called 'mini ITX' form factor meaning the smallest sized motherboard, which allows it to be smaller - though not these motherboards cost about $50 more than the 'ATX' or 'MATX' versions. The length/width are the exact same as an A4 sheet of paper and it is 7" tall (7.5" if you include the little stubby legs to hold it in place) - it will also fit easily in a backpack with room for controllers, mouse, keyboard if it's small enough, wires, etc.

Not sure how much articulation you have in your hands, but there are what I would describe as light finger keyboards. Some only take the weight of your hand to press or the same pressure as a mouse click. Not saying for you to able to be razor quick just it might off load some actions. Something like this.

You could also look at voiceattack (Link). I used it for a bit with Elite Dangerous. You could map words like "jump" or "max shields" to button presses but always remember in poe one action equals one button press, not multiple presses. As you can program voiceattack to carry out multiple button presses one after the other. It Could off load open inventory or open map to voice commands. Not expecting you to scream at your game every second or anything lol.

An end game totem builds would only use two (three max) buttons where you could 1. Active skill (left click) 2. Movement skill (right click) 3. Move only (one other button).

You will have to work around using flasks though as flask macro's (something that would be amazing) are bannable on the spot. It's when you push one button to use all your flasks in an order. Flask spamming is important late game. You can get away with 4 but you would need to play SC for this option it will get you killed in HC.

Wouldnt worry about clear speed vaal lightning style, the game can be played slower even late game.
