here are the Pachelbel's wind chimes, and yes, they really do sound like that

Showed up seriously tangled. I mess with yarn, so I sat there for a couple hours, untangling. Never pull, ever, on a knot; just makes it worse. You have to kind of shake it up a bit, loosen it, see where the problem is. Don't ever cut anything. Keep teasing. It will, eventually, untuck itself enough so that you can see it. Never pull hard on anything, okay?
