If you go through all of the alignment trouble shooting, and your valve guides are fine as well, you can always give a new set of springs a try.

I really like Yamaha Valve Springs. They’re plastic coated, so they’re super quiet. They’re lightweight and fast. The plastic will eventual flake off, so if you notice them peeling you’ll have to replace them. But they should last 3-6 years no problem.
