Yah I take arginine, too. Though I don't take any of these with the intent of boosting my libido, it's usually just a pre/post-workout thing and the side effect is often a boner :)

Haha royal jelly is nuts. From wikipiedia

I've heard it's great for fertility. I use this stuff. Haven't grown ovaries yet.

• New Chapter Perfect Prenatal
  
• Vitamin E (I can't remember the mg right now)
  
• Trader Joe's Very Green capsules
  
• Royal Jelly (If I remember since I have to take on an empty stomach.)
  
• EPO (Pre-O)
  
• Whole Foods Omega 3 Cold Water Fish Oil (no fish oil burps!) (post-O)
  
• And if I'm feeling particularly blah I might throw in a B Complex
