If you wash them well with rubbing alcohol and then set in a curing lamp for like 10 minutes they won't be sticky.
I don't dip my parts anymore, I just fill a spray bottle with isopropyl and spray, rinse spray rinse a few times. Use an old toothbrush where needed.
