Amazon is pretty nice if you want a ton of something. For example..Gemelli

Pretty decent price, prime lets you ship it pretty fast. it just sucks that you have to buy 16, or pay double the price.

Personally I like to use barilla pipette for mac n cheese. They have ridges on the outside for the sauce to grab onto and have one end pinched, so you can fill it up with cheesy goodness.

Edit: cheaper

Hello there! List looks great - you might want to swap out the current pasta (not on Prime) for this one:

Barilla Ziti Pasta - $12 for 96 servings (12 lbs)
13c/serving - $1/box

It's the same price, no shipping charge, and you get double the amount!

Good luck to you!

Edit: Forgot one more thing - /r/SantasLittleHelpers is open for the season, if you haven't posted yet for Christmas help there (giftwise).

"Ethnic" is maybe not the right term, but I've often found good deals on basics by going to the small grocery stores run by whoever the dominant minority group in your area - in my area it's the Chinese/Korean groceries, where I used to live there was a great Middle Eastern market, no idea about TN. Costco is a good idea, but they are often limited in their stock, or only have one brand name. Even amazon has lower prices on the pasta.
