It depends on the lens.
You may have some difficulty with the Panasonic 12-35 f2.8, you may struggle a bit even though it's a relatively fast lens. But if you get a super fast prime like this phenomenal f0.95 native M43 lens, you'll be in great shape.
> is the gh5 good enough in low light without a speedbooster?
/u/gshah921 - yes, if you have a fast enough lens.
[Here] (https://youtu.be/FY3mmBkco6o) it is with the [Voigtlander 25mm f/0.95] (https://www.amazon.com/Voigtlander-Nokton-Manual-Focus-Micro/dp/B00IGQV17Q//ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20) and the Standard color profile at ISO 3200.
[Here] (https://youtu.be/Mp7sf7fiwQM) it is at night with a [Voigtlander 10.5mm f/0.95] (https://www.amazon.com/Voigtlander-Nokton-10-5mm-0-95-Manual/dp/B010EK78CI//ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20) and V-LOG gamma at ISO 1600 f/2.0.
And [here] (https://youtu.be/cOs8ti-NS9Y) it is at night with the [Voigtlander 42.5mm f/0.95] (https://www.amazon.com/Voigtlander-Nokton-42-5mm-Micro-Thirds/dp/B00EHG419Y//ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20) and the Cine D color profile.
If you want an f/0.95 lens and the Voigtlanders are too much of a stretch for your budget, you can also get ultra fast f/0.95 glass from [SLR Magic] (https://www.amazon.com/SLR-Magic-Hyperprime-Lens-Focusing/dp/B075229WK3//ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20) or [Mitakon] (https://www.amazon.com/Zhongyi-Mitakon-Speedmaster-Thirds-Cameras/dp/B01A9W56QQ//ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20).
Again, hope this is helpful!
+1 on Opteka, I have their Titanium Series Fisheye for my VX1000 and it's awesome. This is the version of that lens that would fit your camera. I highly suggest it. For filming tips check out the ride channel series "In Focus" is a series of tips for filmers. Nothing can help you as much as just going out and filming. Get a group of buddies together and film everything, not for the purpose of footage, but just so that you're comfortable filming.
Yes, apparently you can get a Kenko 0.5x Wide angle lens adapter to work on the Canon HG10 HD Cam.

You can buy this lens here: http://www.amazon.com/Kenko-0-5X-Angle-Camcorders-SGW-05/dp/B0000BZLTR
Hmm.. it seems it's a 37mm lens.. you'll need to buy this stop down filter adapter too.

You should probably search ebay or the elsewhere on internet for these items to get them cheaper.
There's a Canon WD-H43 (0.7x) lens which doesn't need the step down/up adapter, but it's probably more expensive.
You could also probably try the Digital Concepts 0.45X Professional 43mm Wide Angle HD Lens.
All of these things should screw into your filter ring in the front of your camera's lens.
Looked it up. Was reminded this was a thing
This is the lens kit with the lens I used to take it! Shot on a note 5 with external light
Opteka OPT-SC37FE Platinum Series 0.3X HD Ultra Fisheye Lens for 25mm, 30mm, 30.5mm & 37mm Digital Video Camcorders
I found one is this good?
This costs 15 bucks and should solve the problem.
Wide angle attachment on Amazon
Another question! If I were to buy this lens: https://www.amazon.com/Voigtlander-Nokton-42-5mm-Micro-Thirds/dp/B00EHG419Y/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1484690806&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=Voigtl%C3%A4nder+42%2C4mm+f%2F0%2C95+Nokton+MFT
Is there any adapter I could use to put it on my Canon 750D?
