I checked Amazon, found many copper sheets, not sure what size you need tho!

110 Copper Sheet, Unpolished (Mill) Finish, Standard Tolerance, Inch, ASTM B152 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CNLWRZ0/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_LDC4tb128FZ1B
Here's a 12"x12" sheet that is a little bit thinner than a penny:

Cutting out a box pattern with tabs to join the seams would provide enough structural integrity. Making the lid might be a bit of a trick though.
Getting a better piece of metal and method of securing it would be awesome. However, I don't have the tools to cut thin sheet copper, nor would I want to spend a hundred dollars on a custom cut piece.
A quick google search brings me to this saw. This would be totally feasable, as I've cut thin metal this way before when I was in middle school. Now I just need to find some thin copper sheet.
I never considered option until now. Thanks!
EDIT: This sheet seems to be a possibility. I need to do some more precise measurements.
Copper. A few challenges but the best cooling, especially for a tiny form factor with poor air cooling potential.

It's this
edit: sorry, just posting the link was a bit abrupt. Specs claim 110 copper, 1/8 hard temper, Standard tolerance, .064" thick. That seems a little thick for a utility knife to me.
