Here is the one I use which was recommended to me by axcho. No fillers.
It is so crazy sweet you want only very small amounts for a shake or a 2000kcal pitcher. To make it easier to handle, and also because the powder doesn't dissolve super well when stirred in, I dilute it 10:1 by weight, e.g. add 10 grams of this to 100ml of warm water (it dissolves better in warm). Then small amounts of that "liquor" are easy to add to a shake. For example, 10cc will sweeten a whole pitcher of unflavored super fuel.
The easiest method is to reduce your background insulin I reckon, and snack on something slow release, but keep some gluco. tabs with you to fix lows.
One alternative is to keep yourself topped up with low GI sugar, this will in effect provide you with energy that it delivered roughly as slow as carbohydrates but without stuffing your face.
I use Coconut palm suga to make asyrup that i take with me, its comparable to the liquid GU exercise gel, but a bit more honed to slow release.
