when i was 13 i bought normal cook's skip to my loops which came with a crappy sequencer and bunch of samples. after messing around with that for a while i got hold of reason and started making drum n bass.

I think it's supposed to be in yen rather than USD. Can you check out with PayPal?

Also you can buy the V4 editor on Amazon just in case that doesn't work

I don't use it myself but I remember there being a 'deal' when v5 first came out that people would get a discount for upgrading if they already had v4.

Though, just from a quick search on amazon, it's not really cheaper https://www.amazon.com/V4EDITORSTDJP-VOCALOID4-Editor/dp/B00QC09CVA

But like I said, UTAU is an alternate free software to download unless you have your heart set on buying a specific voicebank. Do you have any musical experience at all? VOCALOID only covers the voicebanks themselves, you'd still need a separate program like FL studio (unless you're like, a guitarist or something and record your playing in some kinda home studio) to pair with the voices, otherwise it'd just be an a capella track

You might have better luck using the Rakuten market, and have them ship it to you direct from Japan. It would probably be faster, too.

Here's a search for the Miku software I did on Rakuten's Global Marketplace

It might be cheaper through them, shipped direct to you. Rakuten's a big company in Japan, but keep in mind that the individual sellers are stores that are not affiliated with Rakuten, but sell on Rakuten. (Just like random guy selling to you from Amazon.)

Or you could order through Miku V2 and Append V2 from Amazon.co.jp and have them ship it through Tenso. (Amazon.co.jp won't ship software outside of Japan, but they will ship to Tenso, who can ship to you.) Either way would probably be faster.

You could buy from Amazon international: http://www.amazon.com/Vocaloid3-KAITO-V3-Japan-Import/dp/B00AT9Q38K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1420622587&sr=8-1&keywords=Kaito+v3
I sometimes buy stuff from there when I can't get it from the Japanese site.
