Got this abt a month ago and just installed it this past weekend, and boy oh boy it feels good! I inflated it to 9PSI to compensate the lack of thickness of the wooden board i installed it on. It is light, highly reactive, and visually and audibly pleasing (the light rhythmic thuds).
XS is xtra small labeled by a local store and as per them this is what pros use.

A Cobra Bag is a great way to train your reflexes without rigging up anchors for a double end bag. Takes up about as much space as a lamp when you aren't using it and easy to move from the corner to the middle of your workout space so you can move around it comfortably.
