This is the one I take. I take 2 pills at one time, once a day. I think it is 100 mg. This works for me to improve my anxiety, but does nothing for sugar cravings. I do sleep better at night.
The way it is presented in the bottle it's not normal, it's confusing. And not every seed has the same amount of 5-HTP.
