Hi there! Sorry you're not going to get a very useful response from this sub since as /u/Ecclesius says we're about games here. Sorry though that you're having a sad time of things and my suggestion is almost certainly going to sound trite.

There's a book I would recommend (and have recommended, to considerable effect) to people who are finding it difficult. It's called Happy, by Derren Brown. Links below:

The usual advice stands - talk to someone if you can, find someone you can talk to if you don't. But I have had great success referring people to this book for something they can do right now and without the risk of vulnerability.
