The nl lines get significant reinforcement while one sleeps, imagine when you’re sleeping on your side, how the crease there would get held in folded position for long durations. I would notice how they were more prominent right after I woke up, and they’d get less prominent over the course of the day. I’d freak out at the sight of them in the mornings when they first got noticeable.

Frownies are just hard paper in a shape that sits around the corners of the mouth comfortably, with water based glue on one side. One sprays some water on the side with the glue and lets it sit on the corners of the mouth all night, in the morning it’ll come right off if you wet the outer surface again (I just pull mine off because too lazy to wet surface)
It is wonderful to see my nl lines in the mornings now, they’re slightly pinched back and will go back to how they were the previous day gradually. I know my skin will insist on falling and I will continue to make all kinds of expressions, but the worsening is significantly retarded this way. It’s been wonderful discovering them for me.
You can buy them on amazon, they’re slightly expensive though. The pitch says they retrain the muscles and things like that, which I don’t know about, but even insofar as they mechanically just stop any crease reinforcement while sleeping, they’re wonderful. If you don’t want to get them on amazon, you can make them just as functional at home for super cheap. I hope you try them :)

I want a lot of work done, too. But you can't rush these things. You have to address one procedure at a time, and find a competent surgeon with outstanding credentials who knows when to say no. your plastic surgeon (not cosmetic surgeon) should be an expert in the procedure you're looking into at a given time. You can't go to one surgeon for everything, because no one is an expert in everything. That simply isn't possible. The more research you do, the better. Plastic surgery.org would be a good place to start. Dr. Robert Kotler also wrote a good book about sussing out potential surgeons. Good luck to you!

I got these. Super comfortable, good support. More comfortable on the boob-crease incision than the ones I got from the specialty store.

My PS gave me Silagen for scar cream.

...The mole grew back?

I didn't realize that could happen

They make ointments for this stuff apparently

Bought this for skin tags, haven't tried it b/c the tag fell off, thinking about trying it on a small face mole

It sucks that it takes a while for the mole to "burn off" and you basically have a wound on your face a while

Also before fillers undereyes - a lightening agent in a skin cream with something like vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, or kojic acid

I'd try it for the PIH you have on your cheeks too. And an anti-comedogenic sunscreen

I like Oil of Olay Sensitive spf 30, it absorbs fast and doesn't smell bad.

>weirdly obsesses

Why do you think that it's "weird" to be interested in breasts?

In fact, I recall that one study found that "busty" was the #1 most searched-for term by males on Google when it came to pornography. (From this book.)

I had a tummy tuck in June. You need a raised toilet seat, I had this. It will make your post tummy tuck life 100% easier. You also need a shower chair. And instead of buying a ton of expensive gauze go ahead and get some of the old school thick ass maxi pads without wings. They are much cheaper and far more absorbent.

To be 100% real... This is about to suck. It's worth it but it is an extremely painful procedure.

I'm here if you have questions or want to talk.
