I'mm sorry to say it you won't get anything better than a moderately recent phone camera for that range. better to save up.
At around 300 USD you can start getting something decent. You can buy an old Sony Nex 3 for around 300 USD new and probably less used.

That's a good beginner interchangeable lens camera, the kit lens gives you several options and you can build up your collection over time for more specialized lenses.
Nature photography, do you want to look at the small macro world or zoom in on larger animals?
Either way, a DSLR with a zoom lens (with macro option on it) will be where I would start.
