I have 2 little kids (1 and 3). I am not bulimic, just restricting so my answer will be a little different than someone with bulimia.. but that being said.
Please don't binge and restrict in front of your daughter. Kids are little sponges and will watch you and while she may not say anything now, she will put this observation in the back of her head for later. If you can, go somewhere she can't see you overeat. If you are restricting, eat volume foods to make it look like you are eating (veggies, salads) or have a normal portion on your plate and then 'save it for later' because you are full. That will model (at least some what) good eating behavior. Make sure that she is aware of the need to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Please eat meals together as a family. I highly recommend this book for raising a child in a crazy food world: https://www.amazon.com/Your-Childs-Weight-Helping-Without-ebook/dp/B007ECJF0I/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1518619812&sr=1-3&keywords=ellen+satter It is taught in a lot of college level nutrition classes.
Very much into the same thngs! WOULD LOVE to hear all your travels :) If you're into reading I suggest this book . It's called Gaining: The truth about Life after Eating Disorders by Aimee Liu. I think it might be up your ally.
I take this multivitamin because it seems to be the most complete but not outrageously expensive. The full dose is 3 pills and so I spread them out throughout the day. It's higher in zinc and selenium then any other multi I found, which I'm also usually deficient in. They have a gummy version, but it doesn't have as many micronutrients as this one.
And this iron it's a really high dose so I only take it every other day. I take it first thing in the morning with a glass of water and don't eat/drink anything for an hour or two because supposedly it's best absorbed on an empty stomach
