Custom make a Japanese fan? Make it the size of the window and that you can attach it somehow? Japanese fan as an example.
I remember that guy! He partied behind us at cosmic meadow. Every time he fanned us, my friends and I would just turn around and open our arms. It was amazing. Also, I had those spray bottles with the fan and he would constantly ask me to spray him lol.
Anyway this is the biggest fan I could find. Did not find any with a built in grip. It 60" wide which is 5ft:
