A Silent Voice quickly became one of my favorite stories in fiction ever. The manga is fantastic. Chapter 51 is my favorite single chapter of manga ever. The language should be specified on the page. Many popular manga are released officially in English, so shouldn't be all that hard to find them.

If you're going for artbooks, then finding out their favourite mangaka helps. This way you might be able to get something from them or close to their style of work.

Ive read them both, and while the manga does have more content and character development because of the movie the friends made together. I wasnt so interested in that part and wished the author went in a different direction personally.

I personally think the manga and the movie are equally good. But this isnt the opinion of most people. So take it with a grain of salt.
