It's nice because I can put all of my stuff in it so my keys aren't clanking around in my pocket. You can use the phone through the screen, and it keeps it safe from any splashes or rain.
It's designed to mount on your handlebars, but I'm using mine as a top tube bag to hold a battery for my LED lights.

This one has a small visor on it, no audio out spot. I don't think the visor on it does much of anything useful. Not enough of a visor for use in sun, not enough to reduce rain landing on the cover.
