It seems like it isn't available in Germany yet. I checked multiple stores and none of them seem to have it right now. Usually delivery takes 2-3 days in Germany but at the moment it seems like all the stores just wait for it to arrive (amazon 1-3 months waiting time, Hugendubel 1-2 weeks and buecher.de only says it will probably be released in april).

Edit: And usually you don't need a big book store in germany to find english best sellers, you can usually get them on amazon and all big book stores have an "english" section and even at smaller ones at train stations and airports. So it's probably just about week or two too early to buy it.
