I'm not on any greens supplements. Everyone at my work uses Organify Greens, but I wanted to go healthy.
So I asked at Natural Groceries what they recommend and the gentlemen there pointed me to this one however it has wheat grass in it, and that's something I can't have.

In addition to taking these, I also make a chicken noodle soup and just load the vegetables, carrots, peas, green beans, and corn and freeze it for meals throughout the week. Makes eating vegetables more pleasant.
