I have a basement that doesn't have any piping roughed in, but I want to install a toilet and full bathroom down there. How much would it cost to rough a toilet and sink into concrete, and then attach it to a cast iron stack?
Would something like this be cheaper, instead of roughing in the pipes into the basement floor?
