You could use a magnesium oil spray or take epson salt baths. Magnesium can be absorbed through the skin.
Fed up, I wrote to customer service about this very thing a few weeks ago. I received a very nice reply, telling me that they (.ca) have little to no control over what individual sellers on their site choose to charge for items and shipping.
I suggested that a little oversight in that area might be a good idea for their sales -and- their lousy reputation.

You could try some magnesium oil. Rub some on your lower back by your kidneys before going to bed. This would help with Adrenalin fatigue and get a better nights sleep. That would improved your mood and low energy.

Try spraying yourself with magnesium chloride. I personally use Ancient Minerals' brand of MgCl and it works great for recovery and sleep.
