I wear the ASICS Matflex 5 wrestling shoe, and I cannot recommend them, they are too flexible and soft.

I've got the same shoes. I'd recommend against using them as they might develop some bad habits (flat footed). There's some pretty cheap wrestling shoes like these Asics that will give you more flex and keep you bouncy.
