Just changed a 7000 hour bulb from amazon 65 bucks purchased another one in my 1070. The OEM bulb lasted just over 2k hours? no thanks.

I think putting them on a uninterruptible power supply makes the bulbs last a lot longer. I got one big enough to let me shut down my projector correctly when the power goes out. It really seems to fuck with projectors if the power shuts down or browns out on them, even a little bit.

So who cares if its not oem if it works perfectly? The bulbs get dim after about 5k hours. at 65 bucks for the whole module? it takes about a minute to change the bulb order two and have one waiting.
