How much do you want it? Willing to try rectal?
I have dosed a couple of things with success rectally but honestly know very little about quercetin. But, shit, I mean if it had that much effect on me, I'd be willing to go to great lengths myself.

Disclaimer: I have not looked to see if there is any info suggesting this will work, but I have stuff at home to give it a whirl also.
I am not familiar with what MY response should be so IDK.

It is easy to make suppository molds however (assuming nothing has to be done to get the substance active):

Easiest way I have found is (here comes the amazon list lol):

1 suppository mold tray. I have this one below. It is easy to use. I have used it to make 6-7 batches using reduced glutathione.

There are 12 molds each have a 2mL capacity and are pretty easy to work with. By the second or third try you'd figure out how to pop them out without breaking a couple of them in the process.

Food grade cacao butter wafers I find the wafers are easier to melt. Different size options 8oz bag is good for an experiment. 16 oz is better if you have an ongoing use.

Quercetin powder. Again, I know little of quercetin powder. I chose Bulk Supplements because their reduced glutathione powder is pretty good. There are other brand options however that you may be more familiar with.

Cacao Butter probably 6-7 uses
suppository tray unlimited uses
quercetin bulk powder 9 uses or so....figure in some waste, so maybe 6-7 is more realistic

Melt the wafers in a shot glass. Remember the molds are 2mL each and there are 12 molds so you'd need probably 30 mL of melted cacao butter.....powder will likely increase volume however. Can be used for a partial second batch, if necessary.

Figure out what amount of quercetin you want to use label says (orally) 250-500 mg once or twice daily. Maybe shoot for 350 mg per suppository?

To get 350mg/mL it looks like that'd be 10.5 grams....BUT we don't need that because there are 2mL in each suppository. So cut it in half and use 5.3 grams of powder to 30mL of cocoa butter to get 175 mg/mL X 2 mL = 350mg per suppository.

I melt the cacao butter in a microwave in a shot glass that has some markings on it.
Allow to cool to a reasonable temp as it could be really, really hot coming out....transferring to another container could speed the cooling.
While the cacao butter is very warm but not hot (you'll know the difference), transfer 5.3 grams into 30mL and stir like a maniac for a few minutes.
I like to use a wooden popsicle stick/tongue depressor here. Can be had cheaply in the craft I'll at walmart or I'm sure on amazon....metal spoon is probably fine...probably not reactive.

Company supplies you a handful of cheap plastic transfer pipettes. I've heard of people trying to use them while the cacao butter was still really hot and you can guess what happened.

Best strategy with using pipettes to transfer cacao butter is to cut a few inches off the bottom of the pipette as pipettes generally taper to a very narrow opening at the end...sometimes cacao butter is going to be thick and plugged pipettes are frustrating. An oral syringe is a viable substitute also (normally)

Be sure to keep stirring the cacao butter mixture as you are transferring to the molds so as the powder does not all sink to the bottom and your batch winds up not homogenous.

So, you just load the tray, put it into the freezer for 10 minutes, remove....and pop out the bullet shaped suppositories onto a paper plate. I find that if I overfill each of the 2mL molds so that some of the butter collects on top of the mold, it makes it easier to "pop" out when frozen.

Insert....and, well, if you know whatever quercetin feels like (I don't), you would likely know between 10-30 minutes if the thing was successful or not.

I have these supplies so I'll try it myself. I don't have unifram though.
