Cutters: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E9NKKY/ref=cm_sw_su_dp which at a couple three bucks a piece beats the hell out of any of retail price for the easywood cutters. These are the same as the larger of the two sizes of easy wood cutters I believe.
The steel I had laying around in my scrap bin, but I know I've seen 1/2" stock at places like Home Depot.
