Google only supplied a USB 2.0 A-to-C cable so you can use it for plugging into a PC for transferring data. Much cheaper that way.

Anyway, I'm saying if you do go the add-in car route, just get one with Type C. No need to be concerning yourself with Type A if you're making that leap. Just buy into the reversible now while you're getting new gear.

Edit: yep, I ordered cable matters as well. (as a filler to make up $35). Ended up returning it because it is bad.
Edit 2: Also Amazon seems to have older batch, so Amazon could be sending you those. Definitely blame Amazon.
