Oh wow I love this, thank you! Hell yes to using makeup to enhance versus cover up! (even though I have plenty to cover lol). As for photos I use this camera and just wait for natural daylight :)

Oh you mean like this one. Once again. $225 on Amazon is not anywhere outside of the range of a low income person in the US. That's what I paid for my first 35mm SLR when I was 20 making $8.00 / hr.
And this Could very well be the lense. Or hell, it could be one of the cheaper chinese made lenses that go for about 1/2 that. Or it very well could be a Rebel XTi with the nice IS Lense, which would be in the $800-1200 total. Point is it's a stupid thing to say when you don't know anything. I can tell you now, it's not any of the "Pro" series like the 5D Mark II or 1DS, because the selection dial on those cameras is on the opposite side of the lense. It's also probably not the IS lense, because she would then have the hood that comes with the lense on it (that is if she even faintly knows how to use a telephoto lense).

You can usually get a better image from this, but like I said, cameras cost a lot more than webcams, so if you are just starting streaming you should probably go with a webcam.
