Chromium Crusher. The other grinders mentioned here are high quality, with price tags to match. While the Chromium crusher isn't the perfect tool, it's the best sub 20$ I've ever found!

I’ve had it for several years and it’s hefty, reliable, and does a great job giving a consistent, medium grind.
I have several others, more expensive /fancy ones... but this one is absolutely more than adequate.
I now use the interplanetary development super weapon 2 more often. its chamber is deeper and it’s requires less twists to screw the pieces together... but that’s only a real benefit if you’ve got hand dexterity problems (like I do). Otherwise, the one I linked is great and I still use it regularly.
Edit: it’s $11 in other colors. I have plain silver. Never had any issues with the finish.

Oh sure. I think any of the Chromium Crushers they have are good, but I have this one.
