First off, under the bottom of the camp shower, opposite where the vertical pipe goes up to the shower head, threaded? I.e. is that a plug threaded into the fitting under there?

A solution (temporary or otherwise) would simply be to add a diverter valve between the shower head and the camp shower (so install up where the shower head goes).

Like This

Then put the shower head on one output, and install a hand shower hose to the other output on the valve. The opposite end of the hose would just hang down into the tub.

If you want to fill the tub, you simply turn the diverter valve to the hose output. Want a shower? Turn the diverter valve to the shower head.
