I use a Glucocard Shine Connex. It works fine with my Android Pixel 3XL and 4XL. Test strips are available on Amazon. I got the meter for free from Arkray.

The app could be better (like all apps) but the meter seems accurate so I don't have an issue because the Bluetooth function is quick and easy.
