You won't be able to keep a fridge going in the summer from the engine unless you drive a lot. I would suggest starting off with something like this Coleman
Save your money as much as possible and then see what you will need once you have been living in the van for a while.
The simplest solution I can think of is to put the tank and regulator into a box. The ideal would be something with a lock, and a small gap in the lid for the tubing. If you can't manage a locking box, just drill a hole in a camping cooler (something like this), and run a chain around it.
However, no matter what you do with the regulator, you're still going to have a problem. The patient could always pull the tubing loose or just take the cannula out of their nose. Then even though O2 is still flowing, the patient is not getting any.
Dumb. Does three things poorly. Even mid price blenders can't make a decent crushed ice cocktail. I guarantee this thing is a complete fail. for $160 you can get a f'n fantastic cooler and the awesomest battery powered Bluetooth boombox out there.
