You 100% don’t need a prescription unless your eyes have heavy astigmatism etc. You can buy standard corrective lenses (-1,-1.5,2 etc.) from some companies and put them in your mask yourself. I got a 1.5 in my right and a 1 in my left and put them in myself and it works great for about a fourth of the cost of prescription lenses.
