I recommend the follow 15.6" Lenovo Ideapad 330s which has Ryzen 5 3500u and integrated Vega 8 graphics core for $409. The Vega 8 will have no problems playing the Sims 4 at 1080p. The only downside is that it has a 128GB SSD; it is fast, but it is small. Anything installed on the SSD will load up much faster compared to if it is installed on a hard drive.

The Vega 8 is actually pretty good considering it is integrated graphics. It is roughly similar to a dedicated nVidia 940m GPU released back in 2015.

You can always increase storage by a installing a 2.5" hard drive or 2.5" SSD. Examples are as follows:

1TB Seagate hard drive for $49, there is a 500GB option but that is $42.

960GB Crucial BX500 SSD for $90 or 480GB version for $50.

The Radeon R5 (Bristol Ridge) graphics core in the 17.3" laptop you selected is about equal to the Intel UHD 620 in current generation Intel CPUs. That makes the R5 a bit less powerful than the nVidia 920m. While the Vega 8 / nVidia 940m is a lot less powerful than a modern GPU, they are certainly much better than something like the Radeon R5 and Intel UHD 620 integrated graphic cores.
